We ship from germany. 

Can i change or cancel my order?

As we aim  to process orders as soon as possible. you must request  any changes\cancellation within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied your order can be returned for a full refund after it is recieved.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payments methods including credits cards,debit cards,paypal, and sometimes alternative payment option like Apple pay or Google pay.

What if i did not recieve my order?

if you do not recieve your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund

what is your returning policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at infotrendifycom@gmail.com to initiate a return.
